Valentines Dinner – part 1

I knew my husband was a keeper when I found out he loved to cook! Last night he cooked up a great special meal for me for Valentines Day. I’ll post recipes later when I get them from him, but it was relatively healthy and decadent.


Greek salad, falafel, rice w/spinach and feta, lamb kabob, tsatziki sauce, topped off with 2006 Two Hands Shiraz.
Tolerone Fondue with pound cake, strawberries, raspberries, and banana!

I sure do have a special guy!
