Alta,

No I didn't use certified gluten-free oats. However, from the little bit of reading I have done is that a certain amount of non-certified oat flour is alright for people with Celiac disease each day. These cookies only have a small amount of flour / cookie due to the peanut butter. However, I could be completely off base, as I'm not a Celiac and therefore don't do tons of research on the allergy.

Also, thanks all for the positive comments! The cookies are excellent, but be aware they don't age the best and will get crumbly after a few days. They can't be beat when they are warm though! Mmmmm!

Yum! These look really good. One question/concern - did you use certified GF oats? Because the normal oats aren't gluten-free. And I have not yet messed with oat flour, so I'm unsure on that one... ;-) I'm still trying to locate some GF oats!
