		<description>That soup sounds great! Congrats on getting up to 10, and I hope you have a quick recovery. I feel your pain, about sitting out. If you swim and have access to an indoor pool or anything like that, that can be a great way to keep up the cardio you&#039;ve built.  I&#039;ve found that also seems to stretch and strengthen sore legs after a long run.  Anyway, thanks for the recipe, can&#039;t wait to try it now that it&#039;s cold out!</description>
